HOW IT STARTED

While running a local Pop Warner concession stand for a few years, husband and wife team, Josh and Cristen had a crazy idea to start a food truck in the middle of 2020. With a passion for food and always wanting to open a restaurant, Josh thought the food truck would be something fun that his whole family could do together. At Say Cheez, we specialize in all things CHEEZ...mostly gourmet grilled cheez sandwiches and loaded tots.
